COPPER CANYON MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDERS

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to enhance the well-being of active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families in Copper Canyon through targeted initiatives focused on transitional support, health and wellness, peer engagement, and community integration. We are dedicated to raising awareness of the unique challenges faced by these individuals and fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie. Through unwavering commitment to community outreach and mutual support, we seek to honor their sacrifices and strengthen the fabric of our community.
Operating Values & Goals:
1 - Provide assistance to fellow Copper Canyon residents with minor projects and tasks. 2 - Offer support to members facing challenges due to injuries or family emergencies. 3 - Ensure all members are included in activity planning, with decisions made through collective voting. 4 - Establish a recognizable group presence within the community to foster identity and awareness. 5 - Assist members by monitoring their residences upon request while they are out of town. 6 - Organize activities, fundraisers, and events to support families within the community. 7 - Commit to supporting the families of deployed members, ensuring they have the help they need. 8 - Offer a supportive presence for members seeking someone to talk to during challenging times. 9 - Host membership barbecues to nurture a sense of family and strengthen community bonds.\
10 - Welcome all military personnel and first responders into the group.
